【Character】:  Off white or white powder.

【Pharmacological action】:  Pharmacodynamics: semisynthetic macrolide antibiotics for tilmicosin animals. It is strong against Mycoplasma and has antibacterial effect similar to tylosin. Sensitive Gram-positive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus), pneumococcus, Streptococcus, Bacillus anthracis, erysipelas, Listeria, Clostridium putrefaciens, Clostridium emphysema, etc. Sensitive Gram-negative bacteria include Haemophilus, meningococci, pasteurella and so on. The activity of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, pasteurella and mycoplasma of livestock and poultry is stronger than tylosin. 95% of Pasteurella haemolyticus strains are sensitive to this product. Pharmacokinetics: it absorbs rapidly after oral administration, which is characterized by strong tissue penetration and large distribution volume (greater than 2L / kg). The concentration in the lung is high, the elimination half-life can reach 1 ~ 2 days, and the effective blood concentration can be maintained for a long time.

【Drug interaction】:  (1) This product combined with adrenaline can increase the death of pigs. (2) The target of action is the same as that of other macrolides and lincolamide, so it should not be used at the same time. (3) And β - The combination of lactams showed anPig 14.agonism.

【Adverse reaction】:  (1) The toxic effect of this product on animals is mainly cardiovascular system, which can cause tachycardia and reduced contractility.
